Capital Dining Room
We are a Butcher’s Brasserie and our menu is a true celebration of Michigan’s land and waters with dishes, inspired by French, English, and American classics that are meant to be enjoyed with a table full of friends! Of course, if you don’t enjoy meat options, we offer a number of meatless dishes that embrace our seasonal and local ethos.
Reservations encouraged, walk-ins first-come, first-served. While you wait for your table, enjoy a drink and the first-class skyline view at our City View Lounge, directly connected to the Capital Dining Room.
*Please note in your reservation and notify your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While not all aversions can be accommodated, our team will be able to walk you through all of the options available to you and craft an equally cohesive and tasty meal.
*An automatic 20% gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more.
Wednesday-Sunday Dinner Reservations

City View Lounge
This bar and lounge space is on our second floor and has unobstructed views of the city skyline. There is a TV available for sports viewing while you snack and sip.
The room offers a limited bar menu. It is the perfect place to enjoy an appetizer or drink before your reservation or dessert at the end of your evening.
No reservations required! Come on by and enjoy a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine and check out the views.

Butcher Bar
Stop by our Marrow Detroit Provisions butcher shop to pick up butcher-inspired sandwiches, BBQ offerings, and various prepared foods. Take them to go, or grab a bar stool at our Butcher Bar and enjoy in-house with a beverage from our full drink menu.
Butcher Bar stays open day and night and transitions to our Butcher Bar menu at 5pm.
No Reservations required at the butcher bar!

Seating Info
Reservations for the dining room are encouraged; however, walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Our City View Lounge and Butcher Bar is always available for walk-ins.
Dining Terms
We have a $25 per person fee in place if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show for your reservation. This policy applies to all party sizes. If you need to adjust your reservation, feel free to call us at (313) 624-1537 or email us at mitm@marrowdetroit.com
If you're looking to make a reservation for tables larger than 6, please email mitm@marrowdetroit.com.
There is a 20% gratuity automatically added to parties larger than 6 guests.
