Rooted in Detroit’s Eastern Market, this Butcher’s Brasserie is the next evolution of award-winning Marrow in West Village.

This new concept honors Eastern Market’s rich food legacy by bringing together meat processing and memorable hospitality under one roof. Housed in the space is our Marrow Detroit Provisions meat processing facility and butcher shop, two bars, a large dining room, and private event space.

Marrow in the Market invites guests to explore where tradition, innovation, and flavor converge.
